Choosing WINSTRIP air-pruning trays

Choose by crop, transplant size and time in the tray. Higher cell counts fit more plants in the same growing area; larger cells provide more growing volume for crops that stay in propagation longer. WINSTRIP trays air-prune roots where the growing medium is exposed to air.

Which cell count should I choose?

Start with the crop and expected time before transplanting. Compare each tray’s cell dimensions and crop guidance on its product page rather than choosing by cell count alone.

Can I use the same dome with every WINSTRIP tray?

No. The 72 Deep tray requires the High Dome; the Standard Dome does not fit the 72 Deep. Check the exact tray and dome pairing before ordering.

What accessories do I need?

Some trays have compatible dibblers, plug poppers and seeding plates. Check each accessory’s stated tray layout and dimensions.
