LowCatâ„¢ is a professional low-tunnel crop-protection system for market farms, gardens, and protected growing areas. The system uses reusable hoops, shock-cord covering retention, and interchangeable agricultural coverings for season extension, frost protection, insect exclusion, shade, and weather protection.
Choose from 30" and 40" LowCat hoop kits, extended-height setups, bulk farm kits, DIY EMT conversion hardware, and coverings sized for the system. Recommended hoop spacing is generally 5' to 10': closer spacing provides greater wind and snow resistance, while wider spacing can work well for protected indoor installations.
LowCat coverings include frost-protection row cover, insect netting, shade cloth, perforated poly, and heavy-duty poly. Coverings are sold separately unless specifically included with a kit.
