The Greens Spinner is an industrial-grade machine, with a stainless-steel body, that efficiently dries greens without causing any damage. With a timed spin feature and automatic shutoff, it produces perfectly dried greens in just 1 to 5 minutes. Lid is hinged with safety shut off and polycarbonate window. Entire unit has stabilizer platform so it stays in place while spinning. Once spun, the greens can be stored immediately, saving you time and effort.
Both models are 20 psi for perfect drying in just a couple of minutes. We tested less rpms and drying was not thorough while faster rpms put creases on the greens causing early rot.

The standard rpm for the greens spinner is designed to produce about 20-21 psi at the edge of the basket. This pressure will not damage delicate greens but will shed excess water.
Above 21 psi can result in creased greens which can only be seen under magnification. This could result in reduced shelf life. The speed increase modification is for those who prioritize reduced drying times. Also, there is risk that uneven loads could cause the spinner to have excessive wobble.
Rubber Castors
Get NSF rubber Castors as an optional Add-On Feature if you need to roll around your greens spinner. All castors are locking.

Best Practices
Greens should be evenly distributed in the basket. If the machine wobbles excessively, then shut it off and redistribute again through gentle shaking of the basket.
Greens should be spun for one or two minutes, then stopped. Give the basket a shake, and then spin for another minute. This makes sure that any trapped water is shed.
Never put greens under fans after drying. This will desiccate them. For the longest storage of greens, they should not be completely dry. There should be some moisture left.
Isolation Base
Achieve Optimal Performance with our Heavy Duty Spring Loaded Rubber Feet and Isolation Gasket System.
Greens must be evenly distributed in basket for smooth operation. For smooth floors a rubber mat is recommended under the spinner.
Included
Spinners are measured by capacity, not the weight of the product. We have both a 10 or 20 Gallon model.
