Inverted mini wobblers are designed to work at pressure set to 20-25 psi. Pressure regulators provide an irrigation system with consistency. It also prevents blowouts of pipe at really high pressures (75 psi and up).
While pressure regulators are not required for most system installations, you do need pressure regulators to achieve the intended distribution pattern and application rate.
