DIY Repair Instructions
Before attempting a repair, please check your warranty status. Our standard warranty is one year from the original ship date, and making your own repairs or modifications voids the warranty. If your Tilther may still be under warranty, or you believe the issue may be a manufacturing defect, please contact us before beginning a repair.
If the tool is outside the warranty period and you are proceeding with a DIY repair, download the repair instructions below.
Maintenance and Repair Difficulty
How easy a Tilther is to disassemble and repair depends largely on how it has been maintained. Regular oiling, cleaning and drying after each use, and storing the tool clean and dry help prevent corrosion and seized components. Tilthers exposed to moisture or stored with soil and debris may be more difficult to take apart and repair.
