Refund policy
Returns
Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, we are glad to accept returns of saleable merchandise for a full refund. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
The following rules apply:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of placing your order.
- Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, undamaged, unassembled, saleable, and complete with original tags and packaging (if applicable).
- Neversink Tools reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
- We do not accept returns on customized products or on products which ship freight.
- We do not accept returns for parts of single products or parts of kits.
- We will refund your purchase price minus shipping. Shipping costs are determined by the amount either you paid at checkout or If the item shipped free then it would be the amount we paid to ship the item to you. That amount will be deducted from any refund.

Damaged during shipment
UPS, Fedex, DHL, and USPS - We require customers to check the packages for any damaged or missing items immediately upon reciept and then contact us soon thereafter.
We are very willing to file a claim for damages or lost packages if you contact us immediately. For damged items, we require a picture of the damaged product, the box/packaging it came in, the shipping label and packing slip to be able to replace the item and file a claim.
We do not send money / discounts in lieu of a replacement. Replacements are at the sole discretion of Neversink Tools. We may ask that you send the defective or damaged item back. In that case we will send you a return shipping label from the original delivery address. We will send a replacement only to the original shipping address.
We are not responsible for any product damage during shipping that is forwarded outside of the Contiguous United States either by you or a shipping forwarder.
Freight Policy - To accept freight delivery, you must have access on your property for full sized trucks. You must request a lift gate if you have no way of unloading the pallet safely without breaking it down. We are not responsible for damage that happens during unloading and transporting the pallet.
You are required to fully inspect your delivery from all sides before unloading or signing the receipt. This may include removing its wrapping, looking inside the crate, or turning the pallet and item to ensure there is no damage. We ask that you take pictures of every side of the pallet while it is on the truck. Take pictures of any specific damage while it is on the truck and on the pallet. Note the damage on your shipping receipt that you give the driver and take a picture of that receipt. Do not sign the driver receipt until you are sure there is no damage. Once you accept the shipment, you will be responsible for any damage as we will not be able to file any claims for you.
Do not reject a shipment of nursery trays as this will be considered a return and you will be responsible for freight charges. We can replace broken trays.
If it is a single piece of equipment, like a greens spinner, then you must reject an obviously damaged shipment. After completing all of those steps, contact us immediately with all of those pictures. We will replace or repair any damaged items that were recorded on the driver shipping receipt.
International (Outside the United States) - If we ship the item directly to you from The United States then you are responsible for all local VAT, Import Taxes, and any Duties. Any item returned due to nonpayment of those fees or undeliverable for any reason, we do not refund any shipping charges. Shipping charges are the actual amount paid to the shipper by us and not what you paid at checkout. If you contact us immediately when the item is damaged in shipping or defective upon arrival, we will replace it at no charge. We do not send money in lieu of a replacement. Replacements are at the sole discretion of Neversink Tools. We ask that you send the defective or damaged item back. In that case we will send you a return shipping label.
Sales, Discounts, Discount Codes, Deals
Specials or Sales advertised are always for limited time. Any sales contained in an email or displayed on our website will expire. If expiration date is not stated, then deal expires when it is no longer available on our website. Sales are not available retroactively for any reason, nor can they be applied in the future beyond the expiration day. Offers cannot be combined with other sales or discounts unless explicitly stated
Warranties
On products which have extended warranties, we ask that you contact us with pictures and a description of the problem. If the situation is determined to fall under a warranty, we will provide a return label within the contiguous U.S. or where we originally shipped the item. You can use the label to ship the item(s) back to us and then we will send replacements or make a repair. Warranties only apply to the original purchaser and claim approval is at the sole discretion of Neversink Tools. Warranties only apply to retail purchases from Neversink Tools. Warranty is void for items forwarded outside the Contiguous United States. Warranty is void for items deemed to have been used incorrectly or abused. Warranty is void for items left for long periods in the elements. Warranty is void for products where you have made your own repairs or changes. Warranties are void for long handle tools used with handles which are not produced or sold by us. We only allow one warranty claim per product or lot of products.
Standard Warranty - We warrant our products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal residential use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year from the original ship date. Warranty does not cover wear or misuse. Warranty does not cover regular maintenance. Shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer. We agree, at our option during the warranty period to furnish parts or refurbished parts of equal value in exchange without charge (except for a fee for shipping, handling, packing, return postage, and insurance which will be incurred by the customer). Such parts or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing original dated sales order.
All warranties only cover products for the use for which they are specifically and explicitly designed. We limit warranty claims to one per purchased product.
Warranties covering breakage of composite or plastic products only cover breaks or cracks which affect the function of the product. Warranty does not cover cosmetic matters.
Warranties covering the tilther do not include gear box or internal parts
Lifetime Warranty for garden forks and short handle static tools covers all steel parts against breakage or bending. If tines on a broadfork bend more than two inches off from each other at the tip, then they are considered bent. Wooden handles are not under warranty.
Warranty for LowCat tunnels cover the steel hoops. Warranty covers hoops which become unusable due to breakage. Coverings (poly, row cover, shade cloth, etc. ) are not covered. We define unusable as steel breaking or not able to bend back into usable shape. Warranty does not cover cosmetic matters.
Warranty for LowCat Covering UV Breakdown protects all of our coverings against premature UV damage for one year from purchase during normal use. It does not cover damage. If coverings break down within the period, replacement coverings will be given.
