The Neversink Broad Fork is a premium handmade tool. Tines are Laser Sharpened and Forged Hardened. The tines will not bend or break and are guaranteed for a lifetime of use. These round and large tines, as opposed to thin blades, provide greater aeration which is the primary goal of broadforking. It has Comfortable Wood handles with anti-spring couplers to avoid wasted energy. It is Handmade in TN with local ash wood handles.

Tines from bottom of bar to tip are 10.75”. They are 6” apart on center. Broadfork is 26.5” wide.
Your Choice:
All Wood version is a light 15.7 lbs. and perfect for regular aeration of already prepared growing beds. Wood would not be the best choice for removing rocks or for virgin soil. While ash has the highest breaking strength, a wood handle can break largely because the forged tines will not bend and are stronger than wood.
Bottom Steel version is heavier at 20.5 lbs. but you will not break the steel handle. Steel is erfect for rocks and hard compacted ground.
